Brumadinho is the city where the largest open-air contemporary art museum in the world, Inhotim, is located, and where there are also countless attractions of historical, cultural and gastronomic value. Therefore, it is worth staying an extra day or two in the region when visiting the museum or a weekend of peace and tranquility in the rural districts of the municipality, to discover the local riches. Brumadinho is about 60 km from B.H. and was a route for bandeirantes during the gold rush. For this reason, the villages preserve traces of the history of Minas Gerais, in addition to their natural beauty, surrounded by the Serra da Moeda and Rola Moça mountains.
